Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Occasions Southern Soul Food & Catering (“Company”) provides customized catering services that require advance planning, food procurement, staffing, and preparation. Accordingly, all payments are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit equal to sixty percent (60%) of the total invoice is required upon acceptance of any estimate or invoice to secure the event date. The deposit shall be applied toward the total cost of services and shall not be refunded under any circumstances, except in the event that the Company cancels the event.

Final Payment

The remaining forty percent (40%) balance is due no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date. For events booked within thirty (30) days of the event date, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Failure to remit payment by the stated due date may result in event cancellation, forfeiture of the deposit, and the assessment of a twenty percent (20%) late fee.

Client-Initiated Cancellations

• Cancellations made fewer than seven (7) days prior to the event date:
  All payments made shall be deemed earned and non-refundable, as food purchases, staffing, and preparation will have commenced.

Force Majeure

In the event that the event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, illness, governmental orders, or other unforeseen events, no refunds shall be issued. At the Company’s discretion, payments may be applied as a credit toward a future event or the event may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

No-Show or Failure to Accept Services

Failure by the Client to appear, provide access to the venue, or accept delivery and/or services at the agreed-upon date and time shall constitute a same-day cancellation. In such cases, no refunds or credits shall be issuedno refunds or credits shall be issued.

Acknowledgement 

By submitting payment and booking services with All Occasions Southern Soul Food & Catering, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, which shall be binding and enforceable under the laws of the State of Texas.
